An orphan's life

I prayed to God that my mother or brother would visit me. AFTER NINE DAYS MY MOTHER CAME. I hadn’t seen her for 4 years!

Julia, 14 years old

I asked God to heal my mother, and when I went to visit her she was healthy! I also prayed to God for my father so he’d find a job and God answered, my father got a job and now he works!
I PRAY FOR YOU LYUDMILA VYACHECLAVOVNA SO YOU'D COME TO US MORE OFTEN and tell us different stories about God.

Natasha, 13 years old

I really love children. Every time I see a little child who is deprived of basic human warmth, love and parental care, tears just come to my eyes...

The village of Kalininskoye is located in the Kherson Region, ninety-three miles from Kherson. There are two orphanages in this remote village. For almost 10 years now, Agape Ministries staff has been serving the children in these orphanages...

I work in an orphanage for the very smallest children, from 1 year to 3-4 years old. I teach Bible lessons there three times a week. Many Christians that I meet are not supportive of my ministry. They don’t believe that such little children are capable of believing in God. However, I know that they’re mistaken.

After the lesson, everyone raced off, leaving Lyuda behind. Lyuda is an open, tenderhearted girl, very sensitive and easily hurt. She asked very politely how I was doing, and despite her shyness and discomfort, struck up a conversation...
